Oral presentations

Oral presenters will have 12 minutes to present, followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers. Computer Assisted Projection will be centralized and no personal computers can be used. Each speaker must upload their presentation (USB key) in the preview room (C08 at ENSIM) at least one day before the session. We recommend that speakers test their presentation, sounds, and videos well before the session starts.

PDF and PPT will be accepted.

Poster presentations

Poster size : Posters must be A0 format (preferably portrait): 1189 x 841 mm (46.8 x 33.1 in)

Schedule for mounting/dismounting posters: Presenters are invited to mount their posters in the assigned poster room before the morning session and dismount them at the end of the day. Posters will stay on site all day. Material to fix your poster will be available on site. Conference organizers will not be responsible for posters left after removal time.

Flash presentation for posters

A flash presentation of the poster is scheduled before each poster session: this flash presentation is composed of two transparencies maximum and lasts 1 minute maximum. The purpose of such a presentation is not to summarize at high speed the content but rather to attract the attention to the poster and stimulate questions and discussions during the poster session immediately following the flash session.

The flash presentation has to be uploaded using the Computer Assisted Projection mentioned above, as for the oral session. PDF and PPT files will be accepted.
